The National Think Tank on the Prevention and Control of Non‑Communicable Diseases (NCDs) was held under the auspices of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences. According to Webda–Zanjan, the meeting took place on the morning of Tuesday, February 9, with the participation of Deputy Directors of Health from the ten national health hubs, and was organized under the secretariat of the Vice‑Chancellorship for Health of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences at the Roozbeh International Conference Center of the University. It is noteworthy that Dr. Jafar Jandaghi, Director General of the Office for Non‑Communicable Disease Management at the Ministry of Health; Dr. Saeid Sardari, Chancellor of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences; and Hojjat‑ol‑Eslam Majid Naghiloo, Head of the Office of the Supreme Leader’s Representative at Zanjan University of Medical Sciences, were among the participants in this session.
