The first day of Shahrivar, marking the birth anniversary of the wise philosopher and renowned Iranian scholar, Abu Ali Sina (Avicenna), has fittingly been designated as National Physicians’ Day. This occasion provides a valuable opportunity to honor the distinguished status of physicians and all those serving in the field of health.Through their knowledge, expertise, commitment, and self-sacrifice, physicians play an unparalleled role in protecting and promoting the health of society. In their service to humanity, they embody the finest values of professional ethics, responsibility, and altruism.I sincerely extend my congratulations on this auspicious occasion to all esteemed physicians, faculty members, students, and members of the University community—particularly the dedicated professionals working in the field of health.
